1. Overview

EduRashi (www.edurashi.com) is a digital learning platform owned and operated by Perastella Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a registered company in India.

EduRashi offers a variety of educational products and services, including:

  • Pre-recorded courses and video lessons
  • Live sessions conducted by expert educators
  • 1-to-1 mentorship sessions (Focus Hour)
  • Career path and upskilling programs for professionals

All payments made by learners (students or professionals) on the EduRashi platform are collected, processed, and settled by Perastella Technologies Pvt. Ltd. through secure online payment gateways.

This policy defines the terms under which users may request cancellations or refunds for services purchased on the EduRashi platform.


2. General Terms

  • All prices and transactions on the EduRashi website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments once made are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases specifically mentioned in this policy.
  • Users are advised to read all course and session details carefully before making a purchase.
  • EduRashi reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or features without prior notice, provided the core offering remains intact.

3. Refund Policy by Service Type

A. Pre-recorded Courses / Digital Content

Once a user purchases a pre-recorded course or digital learning material, no refunds will be issued since access to proprietary content is provided instantly.

However, if a technical error prevents access to purchased content, users must notify us at support@edurashi.com within 48 hours of purchase.

After review, Perastella Technologies may issue a refund or extend access as deemed appropriate.

B. Live Sessions (Group Learning or Events)

  • Users may cancel participation in a live session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • If cancelled 24 hours prior, users will receive a full refund or session credit that can be applied to future sessions.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session
    • Failure to attend a session after registration
  • If a live session is cancelled or rescheduled by EduRashi, users will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • A free transfer to the next available session.

C. Focus Hour (1-to-1 Mentoring Sessions)

  • Users may reschedule a Focus Hour session once, provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If a learner fails to attend the session without notice, no refund will be provided.
  • If a mentor cancels a session or is unavailable, users will be notified immediately and offered:
    • A rescheduled slot, or
    • A full refund.

D. Subscription-Based Plans (If Applicable)

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
  • Users may cancel anytime through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, access remains valid until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Users must notify support@edurashi.com within 7 business days of the transaction to process such refunds.


5. Refund Process and Timelines

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the transaction (UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking).
  • The timeline for the refund to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
